Here are my thoughts:

I love being able to make perfectly round eggs or pancakes. When I make eggs for sandwiches the eggs fit just right to cover the bread. And when I have make pancakes I don't have to worry about the batter running all over the place. The silicone makes it so they separate from the food quite nicely. And they clean up very easily. And since four come in a pack you can cook a lot at once.
