Here's what I think:

This is a really nice jewelry/teether set. The silicone material its made of is soft and perfect for my baby to gum. I also really love the vibrant turquoise color, it attracts my baby right to it. The bast part is it looks totally like regular jewelry so I feel fine wearing it anywhere. I also love that the bracelet it stretchy so it's easy to get on and off, comfortable to wear, and easy for my baby to grab a hold of.
The downsides are the silicone snags my hair pretty easily, which the company did warn me about and advised me to wear my hair up when using the necklace. Also all sorts of things like dust and loose hair stick to the beads, so you will end up rinsing them off regularly. They do advertise that its easy to make the necklace shorter by simply untying to knots on each end and removing however many beads you want and then retying the knots. While I feel like that would be possible, I don't think it would be simple or easy to do.
