Here are my thoughts:

I got this for my husband as he is into filming all his adventures. He loves it! It comes with such a large varieties of accessories. There something for every situation it seems. Even a flotation device to keep your Gopro from sinking when doing water filming. My favorite item in there is the bendable tripod, it's can be used for other cameras not just Gopros. All the straps are super adjustable so they should fit most body types. And it comes with a really nice case that has cut outs for a bunch of things including your Gopro. It also comes with a selfie stick, but it's a very basic one that doesn't even have a button on it. It's still useful though.
