Here are my thoughts:

This seat cushion definitely alleviates a lot of the pain. I have a longer tail bone so most seats cause pain after any prolonged sitting. The cushion helped with that. However it was A LOT harder than I thought it would be, so it wasn't nearly as comfortable as I was hoping. I'm still hopeful that it just needs to be broken in and then it won't be quite so stiff. Also, it came with a black, removable cover so you can take it off and clean it if it gets dirty. The problem was it was too small! I had to really struggle to even get it on which included folding up the seat (again, it's really stiff!), but then it wouldn't zip up. When I tried to zip it up the zipper immediately busted! I was not impressed. If you're going to include a cover, make sure it's the right size.
