Here are my thoughts:

I have been taking these everyday for 10 days now. If there has been any improvement in my mental clarity and memory, it's slight at best. However, it could be that I need to take them for a longer sustained time frame for better results. I did have increased visits to the bathroom when I started taking them as they seemed to upset my stomach at first. But that stopped after a few days. The capsules themselves are on the larger side and are filled with a loose powder. They have a not unpleasant herbal smell to them and taste faintly of that smell. Because they're capsules and not pills, I consider them harder to swallow but that's just me.
