Here are my thoughts:

These are so fun! Small and compact and easy to fill. I was really surprised by how sturdy and stable the were with the water in it, given that its made of silicone. When the ice was ready, the cubes all just popped right out without any sticking whatsoever. All I did was push lightly against the bottom and the ice came right up. And the cubes themselves are kind of adorable. Perfect little squares with beveled edges around the top. I did stack the two trays in the freezer and I would recommend not doing that. The bottom of the top tray kind of froze against the ice in the bottom tray. I don't think they are meant to be stacked. Not a big deal though. Next I am going to try putting Jell-o in them to see how they do.
