I really like this digital cooking thermometer! It's so tiny and so simple to use. We deep fried a turkey for Christmas dinner and we used this to check the temp. It was as easy as sticking it in and turning it on. Of course it was instantly reading the final temp, it took about 10 seconds I'd say. But I'm excited to use it for future meals!
