These are my new favorite kitchen item! It says nonstick and boy does it mean nonstick. There was absolute ZERO sticking. I made cookies on it and the cookies slid right off. It also gave the cookies a perfect even bake so I was really pleased. The mats fit perfectly into a large baking sheet with ease. And cleaning them after was easy and there was no residue or stain left on the mat. A really nice feature with these mats is the corners are clipped. That made it a snap to get the mat out of the cookie sheet when I was done. So I thought that was a smart design.
