Here are my thoughts:

These are my new favorite kitchen item! It says nonstick and boy does it mean nonstick. There was absolute ZERO sticking. I made cookies on it and the cookies slid right off. It also gave the cookies a perfect even bake so I was really pleased. The mats were not quite big enough for a large baking sheet, but still worked great. And cleaning them after was easy and there was no residue or stain left on the mat. It was also a snap to get the mat out of the cookie sheet when I was done. And they're stiff enough to curve them and stand them up right in a drying rack, which saves space.
