Here are my thoughts:

I am by no means an artist or a painter. However, I have used lots of different paints in the past when doing art projects with my kids. There have been some pretty terrible paints, but this set is not one of them. The paints are all beautiful bright colors. They mix well together to create lots of different shades. And they are easy to apply to canvas or paper. The tubes are a bit small, but for the price I think it is amazing! I do wish that it came with a pink color, but I was able to make my own.
