Here are my thoughts:

I have been desperately needing something like this for awhile now. I have had the worst neck pain that's been driving me nuts and I have not been able to get rid of it despite trying many different methods. Some things helped, but they were not ideal for me to use on my own. This muscle roller ball is so perfect for me to not only use on my own, but it also makes it so that I can hit the exact spot that is giving me trouble. I also really love the rubber/silicone band around the middle that makes it easy and comfortable to hold.
