Here are my thoughts:

Personally I don't prefer a mummy style bag, as I need to be able to move my legs freely. But my husband loves a snug sleeping bag. This one is a pretty light bag, only suitable for warmer weather. But it fits well, even for my husband who is 6'3". It's made of 100% polyester on the outside so it does feel synthetic, but it is not scratchy. And it also breathes well which is great in warm weather. Also, because it is a thinner bag, it is really easy to roll up and fit back into the small sack it is stored in.
