Here are my thoughts:

This has been a really fun addition to our house. Our kids were in need of an artistic outlet and I wanted something that I wouldn't need to monitor or worry about. We don't have a lot of space so it was nice to have something that we could custom size to fit any space. The backing even had a handy little grid pattern to assure we could cut nice and even. Taking off the backing and applying it to our wall was a cinch, we had zero difficulty. Chalk goes on pretty well, although the texture of the wall really comes through so it is a little bumpy. Wiping the chalk with a dry eraser does not get rid of all the chalk residue. I included a picture where you can clearly see the remnants of the drawings. But if you wipe it down with water, it looks brand new again.
