This is an interesting whitening kit. The pros are that it is seriously simple and fast to use. You just dip the sponge in water and brush it over you teeth then rinse. Also, it claims to have no sensitive after effects and as far as I could tell that is true. There was no discomfort when I applied or after I was done. However, I didn't see too big of a difference in the color of my teeth. My teeth weren't super bad to begin with,only a little yellowed with no major stains. But there was still only a slight lightening. Also, when I tried to change the sponge strip, I had the hardest time getting the applicator pried open. Plus I think this is a little pricey.
