Here are my thoughts:

I cook a lot, and I love leftovers so I cook large amounts. Since no one else in my family will eat left overs they don't always get eaten before they spoil. As a result, our fridge often has some funky smells. Sometimes, some straight up gross smells that pour out every time we open the fridge. We have tried other deodorizing methods before, and even had some successes, but they never last very long. I was so happy when we got this charcoal deodorizer. Not only is it a cute little box, but it was effective right away. Our fridge isn't totally without any smells, but the smells are very faint and just the normal smells that food is supposed to have. They aren't concentrated or foul and you have to really lean in close to get a whiff. What I'm excited about though is that it should last for a year and just needs to be "recharged" in the sun once a month. Anything I've used in the past hasn't lasted longer than a week. So I'm definitely happy with this, especially considering the low price.
