Here are my thoughts:

This is a pretty good idea. I feel like the possibilities for application of this is endless. But as a woman, I am most excited to have this for camping. Not having to hold a flashlight while trying to do things in the dark is so key. Especially things like going to the bathroom. I really love that its a full beanie hat as well. So it will keep my head and ears warm. There is a battery pack that sits right behind the panel of lights. It has an on/off switch on one end. There is a small elastic slot that you can slide the battery pack in and keep it secured. It requires 2 button batteries to work. This is probably my only issue with the hat. I don't like having button batteries in my house as they are so dangerous to children. But this hat is still a great find and a great price.
